For your convenience and security, this site employs a ‘Shopping Cart’ for purchasing. This means that you can add items to a virtual shopping cart as you browse through the site. When you have finished browsing, you can look at the contents of your shopping cart, amend them in any way, and send your order to us electronically … all without having to leave the website. All prices on this website are in Australian dollars.

AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3 …
1. Each item has an ‘Add to Cart’ button. Clicking once on this will add that item to your shopping cart. (Don’t worry, you can alter or even delete it later.).
2. When you have finished shopping (or at any time while you’re browsing), click once on the ‘View Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ link at the top of the page. Now you will be taken to your shopping cart’s contents. You can adjust your order here if you wish.
3. You will then be at our secure server. You can still amend the quantities in your order. Tell us ‘Where’ and ‘Who’ you are by selecting the appropriate radio button then follow the instructions.

If you have filled in your e-mail address, you’ll receive electronic confirmation of your order.

Returns Policy
R.I.C. Publications provides its customer with the ability to view all books live online before ordering. Accordingly, R.I.C. will not accept returns unless damage has occurred in transit.

1. Schools within Australia can order using a credit card or a purchase order.
2. International Schools can order using a credit card or a purchase order.
3. Individual orders can ONLY be made using a credit card.

FREIGHT
A. WITHIN AUSTRALIA
*For orders less than AUD$40, a freight charge of AUD$10 will be automatically added.
*For orders more than AUD$40, freight is FREE.
B. OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
*For orders less than AUD$125, a freight charge of AUD$30 will be automatically added.
*For orders more than AUD$125 or more, freight is FREE.

Express track and trace courier services are provided for all orders within and outside Australia. Delivery times, both International and within Australia, are between 1-5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: All prices stated include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) which is applicable only to sales in Australia. The price to customers outside Australia will be 10/11th (about a 9.1% reduction) of the stated price, as GST is not applicable to overseas sales. The prices are adjusted at checkout.
